We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How Does the Return Process Work?
- Notify us via email at info@loura.com.tr within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will send you our return form via email.
- Package the item along with the return form and drop it off at the nearest shipping office. Keep your shipping receipt for reference.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible and issue your refund.
Please Note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled before shipment. Our processes begin immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Are Returns Free?

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
What If My Item Arrived Defective?
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size/color), contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
When and How Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your return and inspect the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
What If My Package Was Lost or Not Delivered?
If your order was lost in transit or not delivered due to a logistical issue, we will send a replacement package. Please contact our customer support at info@loura.com.tr.
