At Loura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions:

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and without any damage.

Returned items should be free of perfume, deodorant, or laundry detergent scents.

Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.

Opened perfume, deodorant, cosmetic, or similar products are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Loura will take responsibility for shipping and replacement costs for faulty products.

Once your return request is approved, you may send the product to the specified address.

Loura is not responsible for return shipping costs; these are to be borne by the customer.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, and it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
